Change the 2 to a 1 and the 4 to a 14 and he didn't cross out his numbers and the problem is 14-9=5

The student dint cross out the 2.she/he scence they don't do that they dint turn the 4 into 14 to make it wrong.but they knew it was wrong cause they crossed it out that's all I know.

You cross out the 4 then it becomes 14 then you cross the 2 out it becomes a 1 then you can start subtrac
